Thanks for the great advice and help in deciding whether to repair my old laptop or buy a new one. I opted for a new one and I'm very glad I did. The setup service was well worth it with Office and Antivirus added too, plus the offer to transfer everything over from my old laptop. I've got such confidence in these guys that I've taken out their service plan so that I can have any help I need in the future - remote access or phone; they are very professional, knowledgeable and informative.

They helped me get my daughters laptop repaired by toshiba under warranty. They did all the hard work of dealing with toshiba for me. Even spotting the new issue of the mouse not working! This morning I thought I'd lost a month's worth of work, my Masters documents, my freelance portfolio and several thousand travel photos. Not only was I given impeccable service by a super friendly team, somehow in the deep dark depths of my computer they've managed to save all my files. I couldn't recommended them highly enough.
