REMOTE SUPPORT MONTHLY PLANS

For a one time payment of £89 we'll complete a full service on your computer, install the remote software and place an easy contact button on your desktop.  If you are purchasing a new computer from us we will also transfer your data, install your software and set your new PC up ready to use.

HOMEFIX PLUS

£10 per PC / month

This service has everything HomeFix offers with the addition of unlimited remote repairs, an annual remote check-up and no labour charge on workshop repairs or upgrades.

BUSINESSFIX PLUS

£12 per PC / month

This service is specifically for businesses requiring a Monthly VAT Receipt and offers all benefits included in HomeFix Plus.

With HomeFix you can have computer advice, maintenance and repair when you need it, from the comfort of your own home.  You get to understand your computer more and use it hassle-free…always!

We’ve compiled some of our customers’ most frequently asked questions into one easy-to-access place. Check them out below - maybe you’ll have the same question that was on somebody else’s mind. Should you have any other issue that we may have missed, don’t hesitate to reach out.

WHAT IS REMOTE PC SUPPORT?

Using our online technology we will link your computer to ours via an internet connection, to repair your computer while you watch. Most computer problems are software related so a repair can happen via our HomeFix remote PC support service.  Our remote support tools are safe and secure and lets us help you when you need assistance.

WHAT IS UNLIMITED GUIDANCE

This is a service we offer for help and advice on any questions that may arise while using your PC, perhaps to show you how to backup your important files, organise your music and photo library or help with setting up your email accounts.  The service can be requested as many times as necessary per computer.

WHAT IS UNLIMITED SERVICING

HomeFix Plus not only offers help and advice with Unlimited Guidance but also includes servicing and reloading of your PC if required. HomeFix Plus also has the benefit of unlimited virus and spyware removals. An annual remote service is advisable and is included in the monthly plan, just call us when you're ready.

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS

HomeFix plans are payable by monthly Direct Debit. You can also pay yearly if you prefer, by either Direct Debit, Credit/Debit Card or Cash.

WHAT IF MY COMPUTER DOES NOT BOOT

If your computer will not boot or you do not have an internet connection, we will be unable to help remotely. In this situation your computer would need a workshop repair. There may be an extra charge for this, however, labour is included in both HomeFix Plus and BusinessFix Plus plans.

We are so confident you will love our service that it's not a problem, you can cancel at anytime.
